Explore a variety of habitats for plants and animals on this series of walks just for kids!
Start the series at Indian Ford Meadow Preserve. Norma Funai and Carol Wall will lead children on an exploration of the forest, the creek and the meadow, watching for birds and other wildlife, hunting for animal signs and clues, and doing cool, fun hands-on activities!
Perfect for kids ages 5-12 with a parent in tow.
Rating: Easy, ~1-2 mile walk.
What to Bring: Snacks, water, sturdy hiking shoes. Dress for the weather.
