Rent Our Facility

Looking for a convenient and affordable space to host a meeting or event in Bend, Oregon?

Located in downtown Bend (one block south of McMenamins), The Environmental Center is a great place to host a variety of meetings and events: business meetings, workshops and trainings, group or club programs, birthday and retirement parties, wedding receptions and holiday celebrations.

Our grounds are attractively landscaped with lawn, trees, native plants, a small patio and a picnic table in the shade. A large, shaded deck (~300 sq. ft. ) is great for outdoor events, from late spring through early fall.

Inside the building, our larger Audubon Room (~ 1050 sq. ft.) can hold up to 80 people.  The smaller High Desert Room
(~ 340 sq. ft.) can hold up to 20 people.  Both rooms come equipped with tables and chairs, white boards and projector screens.

An LCD projector is available for rent.  Between the two rooms is a small lobby (~ 150 sq. ft.), a small kitchen and two bathrooms near the rear entrance.  Wireless internet connection is available throughout the building 24/7.

(High Desert Room)

Disabled access is available through the rear door. One of our two restrooms has disabled access.

Zero Waste

The Environmental Center is committed to the practice of Zero Waste for all meetings and events that occur at our facility.  We strongly encourage all renters to make a conscious effort to prevent waste and produce as little recyclables, compostables and trash as possible.
