Mt. Bachelor Charity Ski Week
During two weeks in January guests were able to ski at Mt. Bachelor for $25 using vouchers distributed by The Environmental Center. Each redeemed voucher resulted in $25 being donated to our organization. Even though conditions were challenging for a few of the days, Mt. Bachelor had a record breaking couple of weeks! 56% of the vouchers were redeemed and $48,425 was raised to support five local charities. The Environmental Center was honored to be one of Mt. Bachelor's beneficiaries for 2010, receiving over $8000 from their efforts. We hope we'll get to do it again next year!
